How can you check whether the information is useful and genuine?
Ask yourself a few Qs:
* Is the information up-to-date?
* Is it reliable?
* Is the information correct for your situation?
* What kind of organisation is providing the information?
* Are they trying to sell something?
* Can you double-check the information with other sources?
If in doubt, see your doctor.
